	Main Air Traffic Management Centre is the principal operations unit of the civil part of the Unified Air Traffic Management System of the Russian Federation. Decisions of the centre on matters of airspace utilization and air traffic services are mandatory for Zonal Centres, Area Control Centres and civil aviation aerodrome control units of the Unified Air Traffic Management System.
